Chief Product Officer (CPO) Full Time

TOI Labs is building a vertically integrated decentralized infrastructure ecosystem designed for institutional-scale finance and computation.

We are hiring a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead product strategy, ecosystem design, user experience, and execution across the TOI stack.

The ideal candidate understands how to bridge deep infrastructure with scalable user adoption, translating highly technical systems into products that institutions, developers, and users can actually use.

Responsibilities

●      Define and execute TOI’s product vision and roadmap

●      Lead product strategy across infrastructure, identity, liquidity, developer tooling, and institutional onboarding

●      Work closely with engineering and design teams to ship scalable products

●      Translate complex technical architecture into intuitive user experiences

●      Establish product processes, prioritization frameworks, and execution systems

Requirements

●      Strong experience leading product in crypto, fintech, AI, infrastructure, or enterprise software

●      Ability to operate across both technical and business domains

●      Strong product intuition and systems thinking

●      Experience scaling products from early-stage to growth

●      Excellent leadership and communication skills
