Strategic Client Director
Location: Remote in the United States
Industry: Cybersecurity and infrastructure products and services (VAR) | Employees: 30
Travel: As needed to visit prospects/clients and company events
Responsibilities
- Driving new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Managing the sales process – prospecting, lead generation, closing, post-sales support
- Digging into accounts to uncover new opportunities for products and services
- Presenting and selling to directors, VPs, and C-level executives, communicating complex technical solutions clearly and effectively
- Maintaining documentation and data in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Staying current on new products and industry trends, learning and adapting
- Collaborating with the internal professional services team to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling cybersecurity and/or infrastructure products + services
- Recent experience working for a VAR and a history of exceeding sales goals
- Experience selling Cisco or Palo Alto products is preferred
- Highly technical, driven, and relationship-driven seller and account manager (land/expand)
- Experience selling into mid-market and/or enterprise clients across industries
- Extensive experience using Salesforce to manage sales processes and data integrity
- A strong team player – willing to collaborate with and support the broader team

Compensation
- $100K – $125K
- First Year Target OTE: $300K+
