About the Role
Job type: Part-Time with opportunity for Full-Time (in-person)
Location: Langley, British Columbia
Compensation: $21.11 – $28.67 per hour
The Junior Sales Coordinator will often be the first voice many prospective partners hear from Longhouse. The first interaction sets the tone, builds trust, and shapes whether someone feels ready to take the next step.
This role supports the sales team (who we call Growth Consultants) by keeping our pipeline organized, qualifying leads, preparing documents, and making sure Growth Consultants walk into every session with the context they need. The person in this role is a self-starter, they’re motivated to learn, and they have a passion for helping others.
This role provides an opportunity for career growth, with a path to broader sales responsibilities and leadership.
