Full-Time Commercial Property Porter
Stuart, Florida

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Full-Time Porter to join our growing team servicing commercial shopping centers and office plazas throughout the Treasure Coast.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in keeping properties clean and presentable, and can maintain a consistent daily route and schedule.

Position Summary:
The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of assigned commercial properties using a company-provided pickup truck and equipment. This is a route-based position servicing multiple locations daily.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Policing properties for litter and debris
• Emptying and maintaining exterior trash receptacles
• Blowing sidewalks, curbs, and common areas
• Sweeping leaves and debris
• Cleaning benches, window sills, and other common area surfaces
• Removing cobwebs from buildings and walkways
• Sanitizing dumpster enclosures and trash areas
• Reporting property issues or maintenance concerns
• Assisting with additional property maintenance tasks as needed

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
40 hours per week

Occasional weekend, evening, or holiday coverage may be required with advance notice.

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to lift, walk, bend, and work physically throughout the day
• Working cell phone with camera capabilities
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Ability to work independently and follow a daily route schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

• This job will require you to pass a background check that includes Criminal, MVR and Drug Testing. Are you able to pass this?
• The job requires you to pre trip the truck, drive it safely to multiple shopping centers throughout North Palm Beach, Martin and St Lucie County to remove litter, change trash bags in receptacles, clean dumpster enclosures and other various tasks. Are you able to do this?
• This job will require you to safely operate our pickup truck. Do you have a clean driving record and experience driving
• You will be required to start at 5 a.m. and work until 1:30 p.m. Are you able to do that?
