Position Summary:
This position is responsible for issuing tickets, gifts, and promotions for Marketing events while providing superior customer service for all guests.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Includes but not limited to:
Conducts event registration
Completes gift compilation
Maintains property knowledge
Interacts with guests and provides event information
Enters guest information for events
Maintains and respects confidentiality of marketing programs and guest information
Unloading and organizing promotional gifts
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Sets-up and tears-down event equipment and furniture
Independently performs related tasks, as needed
Maintains a clean and well stocked work area
Assists the Marketing Operations Manager and Supervisors, as needed
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Must be able to professionally communicate event details to guests
Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision
Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational skills
Training Requirements:
Knowledge of Arctics and the Avatar Event Management System
Momentum Program
ACSC
Workday
Mohegan Sun’s scheduling and time management program
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
Other qualifications may apply based upon specific event requirements
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
