Available Shifts:

*1st Shift: 7am – 3pm Monday – Friday

*2nd Shift: 3pm – 1am Monday – Thursday — Includes a $1.50/hr Shift Premium!

Must be able to work overtime/weekends as needed on both shifts

Responsibilities

• Review job ticket and setup jobs according to specifications
• Ensure machine runs efficiently while ensuring quality and production schedules are met
• Complete documentation, inspect quality and quantity of products
• Perform preventative maintenance duties on machines
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment and make repairs as needed.
• Provide work direction to Machine Helpers / Packagers
• Produce top quality results with strong attention to detail
• Assure standard operating procedures are followed to meet business and customer needs
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Machine setup, adjusting and operating experience
• Experience with bindery, packaging or other finishing equipment helpful
• Mechanical Ability
• Ability to understand and follow detailed job instructions
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Team Player
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Move/lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and push/pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to stand and bend throughout workday with good manual dexterity

Pay: $18.00 – $19.50 per hour
