The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth and market share for assigned account(s) of The Honey Pot portfolio. This role owns all aspects from strategy through execution. Key accountabilities include maintaining customer relationships, joint business planning & executing with excellence to deliver results.
The Senior Sales Manager combines data and insights to develop compelling selling stories for growth. With strong analytical & financial acumen, the Senior Sales manager leads recommendations and decisions on distribution, pricing, promotion/trade spend, merchandising, forecasting and supply dynamics.
Partnering closely with sales capabilities, marketing, finance, operations, and other cross-functional support teams, this role owns the flawless execution and long-term customer success.

Workplace conditions and environment:
Regularly works in a modern business office environment, may occasionally work out of lab locations or other off-site locations. Full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday. This position may infrequently require longer hours and weekend work.
Equipment used:
Modern office equipment includes: personal computer, printer, telephone and copy machine.
