Full Job Description
Clara Martin Center is a rural non-profit community mental health center located in the center of Vermont. We provide a variety of high quality behavioral health services to the residents of the Upper Valley primarily in Orange County and surrounding towns, with multiple offices located in Randolph, Bradford, Chelsea and Wilder.
Administrative Assistant/Floater: We are seeking to fill a full time, administrative position at our Bradford & Wilder VT offices supporting the business operations, reception area and front-end office. This position performs a variety of duties including triaging phone calls, data entry, filing / scanning, appointment check in / scheduling and support to our program staff. Work is performed within our electronic health record keeping system.
Candidates must have strong computer, communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on multiple priorities. Medical office experience and familiarity with Microsoft office / EMR products is preferred.
