Position: Elections Aid
Location: Rocklin, CA
Pay: $19.78/hour
Type: Full-time; Contract (Assignment begins 5.18)
Schedule: Available shifts Monday – Sunday
HB Staffing is seeking an Elections Aid to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description
- Provide phone support and assist vote center staff with technical questions related to election operations
- Review, verify, and process election-related documents and records
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general administrative support tasks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Use office equipment and computer systems to support daily operations
- Sit or stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as bending, reaching, lifting, and operating office equipment as needed
Position Requirements
- Experience with data entry, telephones, filing, and scanning
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
