What You’ll Actually Do

This isn’t a “sit and repeat tasks” role. You’ll be in the middle of real logistics operations—working with customers, tracking shipments, and coordinating across teams.

On a typical day, you might:

• Track and manage international shipments (ocean + air)
• Coordinate imports (FCL, LCL) from origin to delivery
• Communicate with customers, overseas partners, and carriers
• Build and send quotes using internal systems
• Solve problems when shipments don’t go as planned (which happens often)
• Work with dispatch and operations to keep freight moving

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need 10 years of experience—we care more about how you think and work.

You’ll do well here if you:

• Are tech-comfortable (Excel, systems, learning new software quickly)
• Communicate clearly (email, phone, problem-solving conversations)
• Like juggling multiple things without dropping the ball
• Are naturally curious and ask “why” instead of just following steps
• Stay calm under pressure and figure things out

Bonus points if you:

• Have logistics, supply chain, or operations exposure
• Have worked in fast-paced environments (startups, service, operations)
