As an Assistant Site Leader, You Get To:

• Provide quick and friendly service to our guests
• Support, train and lead team members
• Communicate with leadership and team members
• Complete inventory
• Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to
• Perform hourly inspections

What We Expect from a Tommy’s Express Assistant Manager:

• A positive, friendly attitude
• Develop, foster, and promote an environment that prioritizes guest and team member satisfaction.
• Promptly and accurately process guest orders.
• Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships.
• Maintain our car wash, vacuum center and grounds for all customer needs.

• Must be able to open or close the store and work 40-45 hours per week . Weekend availability is required.
