What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for providers and Medicare contractors, addressing inquiries professionally and accurately
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract requirements and objectives
• Educate providers on processes and appeal rights while resolving complex issues
• Conduct due diligence follow-ups and maintain accurate records of communications
• Notify management of any escalated issues or suggestions for process improvements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a call center or customer service position
• High School diploma or GED is required
• Must maintain HIPAA Certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in data entry and basic knowledge of Excel

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• At least one year of claims processing or billing experience
• Familiarity with healthcare and insurance terminology
