Title: Digital Project/Program Manager IT

Location: remote

Type: Contract-looking for w2 (USC/GC) to potentially convert to full time without sponsorship

Pay: $25/hr on w2 (no flex with rate)

Length: 12 months-large possibility to extend or convert

Screenings: editing virtual tech test+ full panel drug and background once hired

IV process: 1 or 2 rounds

+optional benefits, long term contract with ability to extend or convert to full time

Must Haves:

• Exceptional editing skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in content management systems
• Comfortable with learning new technologies
• Minimum of 2 years of experience editing professional clinical content (not consumer facing).
• Minimum Education is a high school diploma

We are seeking a developmental editor to join our Digital Content team at a leading global STM publisher. The ideal candidate will bring editorial expertise and a passion for improving the clarity, accuracy, and educational impact of healthcare content. This role combines developmental and line editing of educational healthcare content in a dynamic, technology-forward content production environment.

Describe the role and the key responsibilities of the role (Tell me about the project or impact that this person will have in this role):

• Key responsibilities: Edit healthcare-related educational content for accuracy, clarity, structure, and consistency.
• Perform line editing and copyediting for grammar, usage, and adherence to internal style guides and industry standards (e.g., AMA Manual of Style).
• Collaborate closely with content developers, instructional designers, clinical editors, project managers, and image coordinators to ensure content meets quality, style, and educational objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate via Microsoft Teams and other internal communication tools.
• Adapt to evolving workflows and technologies, contributing to process improvements and new content development approaches.
