Lien Release Clerk Full Time

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of lien releases for paid-in-full loans in accordance with investor guidelines, state regulations, and internal policies. This role is critical to maintaining compliance and ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and process lien releases
• Verify loan payoff data and confirm loan details
• Coordinate with vendors for processing of lien releases
• Act on daily and weekly reports to manage workflow
• Research and resolve processing delays
• Maintain detailed records and ensure documentation is accurately uploaded to internal systems and shared platforms
• Provide timely and accurate data on internal compliance inquiry audits as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory and procedural standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments

Experience

• High School Degree +
• Professional conduct
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet productivity and accuracy targets under tight deadlines
