Field Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)

$50,000–$60,000 Average First-Year Earnings

• $37,500 guaranteed base salary + commission
• Average first-year total earnings: $50,000–$60,000 (performance-based)

What You’ll Do

• Door-to-door sales in assigned neighborhoods
• Educate homeowners on TruGreen lawn care services
• Recommend customized lawn care plans
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up by phone

What We’re Looking For

• Customer-facing experience preferred (sales, service, hospitality)
• Outgoing, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Must be local to the market and U.S.-based
• Fluent in English
