About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead marketplace growth initiatives across Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace, and additional ecommerce channels.
This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, retail media performance, marketplace growth, brand visibility, and measurable ecommerce revenue through integrated digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a data-driven ecommerce marketer with deep expertise in Amazon and Walmart marketplace growth, retail media, performance marketing, conversion optimization, and omnichannel ecommerce strategy.
You will play a key role in scaling high-growth ecommerce brands by leveraging AI-driven insights, automation, advanced analytics, and modern digital commerce strategies to optimize marketplace performance and accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead ecommerce marketing and growth strategy across Amazon & Walmart Marketplace
✅ Manage Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, DSP, paid social, and retail media campaigns
✅ Drive customer acquisition, conversion optimization, ROAS improvement, and revenue growth
✅ Oversee ecommerce content, storefronts, launches, and brand positioning initiatives
✅ Execute full-funnel marketing strategies across email, SMS, influencer, affiliate, and paid media channels
✅ Leverage AI tools, automation workflows, and analytics platforms to optimize performance and operational efficiency
✅ Analyze marketplace trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, product, creative, and leadership teams to scale accelerator brands
Qualifications
✔ 3+ years of ecommerce marketing experience with Amazon, Walmart, and retail media growth
✔ Proven success scaling ecommerce brands and driving profitable marketplace growth
✔ Deep expertise in Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, DSP, ecommerce SEO, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization
✔ Experience managing omnichannel ecommerce marketing initiatives and integrated digital campaigns
✔ Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and project management skills
✔ Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Pacvue, Perpetua, DataHawk, or similar ecommerce platforms
✔ Experience working within high-growth ecommerce, marketplace, agency, or accelerator environments preferred
