Join our team as a Claims Review Supervisor!
As the Claims Review Supervisor, you’ll drive accuracy, efficiency, and SLA performance while coaching a high‑performing review team. You’ll spot trends, balance workloads, resolve escalations, and shape training that strengthens the entire operation. If you enjoy building consistency, improving processes, and keeping a fast‑moving team aligned and supported, this role puts you at the center of it all.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily Claims Review operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and SLA adherence
- Conduct routine QA audits and deliver real‑time coaching and corrective feedback
- Track individual and team productivity metrics, escalating trends or risks as needed
- Assign and rebalance workloads to meet service levels and cycle‑time targets
- Support coverage by completing claim reviews and tickets during peak or surge volume
- Serve as the first‑level escalation point for reviewer questions and franchisee inquiries
- Ensure consistent use of systems, tools, workflows, and support onboarding/training for new team members
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervise Insurance Claims Analysts and ensure adherence to performance, quality, and service standards.
- Coach direct reports toward individual performance goals and professional development.
What You’ll Bring

- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting needs while staying proactive, flexible, and efficient
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Growth‑oriented mindset with a focus on teamwork, coaching, and continuous improvement
- Advanced proficiency in Workspace (Symbility) and XactAnalysis
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Education And Experience
- A minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
- 3-4 years of claims operations or frontline leadership experience.
