Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an IT Support Officer. The IT Support Officer will assist with daily technical support needs, including troubleshooting IT issues, configuring desktop computers, and providing printer support. The role also involves addressing technical queries to ensure smooth operations and collaborating with team members to implement technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Information Technology, including basic networking and system operations
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Clear communication and ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
- Customer-focused attitude and adaptable to fast-paced business environments
- Associate degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with remote support tools and software is an advantage
