What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist and educate patients and providers on accessing services and resolving issues
- Analyze and respond to service inquiries from members and providers within departmental guidelines
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring positive outcomes
- Facilitate claims resolution and assist customers with administrative issues
- Document all service interactions accurately within appropriate systems
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a related field
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends
- Commitment to adhering to established procedures and quality guidelines
- Ability to maintain productivity and availability to customers
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in customer service within a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with health insurance benefits and claims processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
