Job Title: Skilled Laborer for Commercial Construction
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled laborer with experience in commercial construction to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in framing metal studs, acoustical ceiling installation, and drywall hanging/finishing.
Responsibilities
Construct, install, and repair projects using metal stud framer/hanger/finisher hand tools and power tools.
Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure precision and quality.
Frame walls, hang and/or finish drywall, and install ceilings efficiently.
Prepare or assist with layout using lasers, squares, chalk lines, etc.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience in framing metal studs, acoustical ceiling installation, and drywall hanging/finishing.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of overall construction experience.
OSHA 10 certification.

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available. This position is first shift, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $33.00/hr.
