The Equity Leads initiative is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of equity-centered leadership development and professional learning. This role plays a critical part in advancing systems-level change by supporting leaders in developing the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to transform educational environments toward greater equity and belonging. The Program Coordinator ensures alignment with statewide priorities and program goals while managing core operations, including scheduling, communication, documentation, and coordination across participants, facilitators,coaches, and leadership. The Coordinator monitors participant engagement and progress, maintains accurate records, and supports data collection, analysis, and continuous improvement efforts. In Equity Leads, the Coordinator supports the development of equity-centered educators and educational leaders by helping to design and implement professional learning experiences that emphasize reflection, application, and systemic transformation. This includes fostering coherence across learning sessions, coaching, and leadership practice, with a focus on dismantling inequitable systems and improving outcomes for students and communities. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and program management skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and a deep commitment to equity and culturally responsive leadership. This role requires balancing multiple priorities while maintaining coherence, compliance, and high-quality participant support.
