Job Title: SVP of Global Operations
We are seeking an executive with a global perspective, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex operational systems to oversee the company’s operational strategy and drive key initiatives across international markets. You will be responsible for coordinating global supply chains, operational standards, process optimization, and cross-regional team collaboration, ensuring that the brand maintains consistent quality and customer experiences across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities
Formulate and drive global operations strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategic direction.
Oversee the global supply chain, including procurement, logistics, supplier management, and cost optimization.
Drive the standardization of operational processes to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and improve service quality.
Lead the planning and execution of major cross-regional projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, HR, and other teams to ensure the seamless functioning of the operational ecosystem.
Build and manage multi-regional teams, ensuring clear communication and consistent execution.
Leverage data analytics to identify issues, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement.
