We are currently seeking an Associate Operations Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $28 – 31.38/hr (W2)
- Assignment is budgeted through the end of the year, with possibility of extension based on performance and continued need
- You will support the client’s gift card business by tracking and reconciling invoices related to marketing activities
- Set up and manage tests and campaigns to validate business concepts before launch
- Analyze customer support issues related to gift cards and identify root causes to improve experiences
- Build and maintain budget trackers and support financial modeling efforts
- Work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support business initiatives
- Utilize spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for analysis, tracking, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (required)
- Experience working with financial data, models, or budgeting processes
- Experience building and managing budget trackers
- Background in tech or e-commerce environment is a plus
- SQL experience is a plus
