Position Overview
ADM is seeking an experienced Director – Marketing & Sales, North America to drive strategic growth and business development across the U.S. and Canada. The position is based in our New York office.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience within the denim or apparel industry in sales, sourcing, product development, or supply chain leadership roles, along with strong existing relationships across major brands and retailers in North America.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth and new business development across North America
• Manage relationships with brands, retailers, sourcing organizations, and buying offices
• Present ADM’s innovation, sustainability, and product capabilities
• Identify opportunities across denim, fashion bottoms, utility, and lifestyle categories
• Coordinate with ADM’s global teams across New York, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sweden, and Spain
• Support strategic growth of ADM’s FOB, LDP/DDP, and replenishment programs
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience in denim or apparel sales, sourcing, product development, or supply chain
• Experience working with major denim brands, retailers, or vertical manufacturers strongly preferred
• Strong existing relationships with sourcing heads, merchants, product teams, and buying offices
• Deep understanding of denim fabrics, garment development, and global sourcing
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel within North America and internationally
Compensation
