Role: Senior Enterprise Business Development Manager (Branded Payments, Loyalty & Incentives)

Location: Remote (US)

Travel: Up to 25% annually (industry conferences, enterprise client meetings, strategic networking events)

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base (depending on experience) + commission

A global leader in branded payments, loyalty, incentives, and payout solutions is seeking a Senior Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive strategic enterprise growth across key verticals and Fortune 500/Global 2000 accounts.

This role requires a highly experienced end-to-end enterprise seller with deep expertise across loyalty, incentives, payouts, and stored value solutions. The ideal candidate will be capable of hitting the ground running and will bring existing industry relationships and/or an established book of business that can accelerate pipeline and revenue generation.

The position is heavily focused on new logo acquisition, strategic relationship development, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close in partnership with internal stakeholders and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting through deal execution and expansion
• Generate and develop new logo opportunities across Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organisations
• Leverage existing industry relationships, network, and market intelligence to open doors into target enterprise accounts
• Identify, engage, and influence senior stakeholders including VP, Director, and C-suite executives
• Build and execute multi-channel outbound strategies across LinkedIn, email, calls, conferences, and industry events
• Drive strategic conversations around loyalty, incentives, payouts, and branded payment solutions
• Attend and leverage industry conferences, networking events, and strategic meetings to build pipeline and partnerships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, product, partnerships, and solution teams to drive complex enterprise opportunities
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
• Develop long-term strategic account penetration and growth plans

Key Requirements Include:

• Proven experience in an end-to-end enterprise sales role within branded payments, payouts, loyalty, incentives, rewards, or stored value solutions (non-negotiable)
• Deep expertise within loyalty, incentives, payouts, commerce, or gift card ecosystems
• Demonstrated success generating and closing complex enterprise deals in large global organisations
• Strong preference for candidates with an existing book of business and established industry relationships
• Track record of self-generating pipeline and building executive-level relationships
• Experience navigating complex enterprise procurement and stakeholder environments
• High commercial acumen, resilience, and consultative selling capability
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and enterprise sales tooling
