Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for the Vice President of Process Improvement. The VP will oversee and optimize operational workflows, drive process improvement initiatives, and collaborate across departments to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals. Key responsibilities include analyzing and refining processes, implementing data-driven strategies, fostering innovation, and mentoring cross-functional teams to achieve higher levels of performance and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in process analysis, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management and process redesign
• Excellent data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry is a strong advantage
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
