Workday Learning & Development Trainer Full Time

Remote (U.S.) – MUST work CST hours (9 AM – 6 PM CST)

Some flexibility required:

• Occasional early mornings or later evenings for global training sessions
• Not daily, but expected during key project periods

Critical project window (July–October) – limited time off (no extended vacations during this window)

Job Description:

Insight Global’s client is working on a high-impact Workday rollout project and we’re looking for a Workday Facilitation Specialist to help train end users as the organization transitions into Workday Time Tracking and HCM modules.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• A minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Workday facilitation and user guide creation required (Preferably in the Workday Time-Tracking space)
• Expert knowledge of and experience with PowerPoint
• Strong instructional design and virtual facilitation skills via Microsoft Teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead virtual instructor-led trainings (VILT) via Microsoft Teams
• Train employees on Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and E-time modules
• Walk end users through:
• Entering time
• Submitting PTO/sick time
• Navigating new Workday processes
• Facilitate demos, Q&A, and guided sessions to drive adoption
• Support light updates to training materials (most content already built)
• Partner with HR, payroll, and stakeholders during critical go-live phase
