The Role

• Manage a focused docket of 15–35 active liability files (trucking/auto/premises)
• Handle defense from intake through resolution: hearings, depositions, mediations, inspections
• Maintain ~160 billable hours/month average
• Collaborate remotely while staying connected to the team

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary up to $200,000 (DOE)
• Discretionary year-end bonus (recent examples: $10K–$15K+)

Must-Haves

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Expertise in trucking, auto, premises liability, or similar liability defense
• Active Texas Bar license
• Strong client service focus, communication skills, and stability (no frequent job changes)
