What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls while conducting telephone screenings
- Engage in positive interactions to effectively meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Utilize computer navigation skills to assist customers efficiently
- Ensure a distraction-free home office environment during work hours
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm
- Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Proficient computer navigation skills
- Must consent to a background check
