Video Editor – Youtube/IG Reels Full Time NEW

We’re looking for a video editor who can make scroll-stopping content for ecommerce brands and founders.

If you can cut a cinematic vlog that feels like a Casey Neistat / Sam Kolder hybrid, then turn around and pump out IG Reels that hook in the first 0.5 seconds, we want to talk.

What you’ll be editing:

• Cinematic founder vlogs (B-roll heavy, music-driven, story-led)
• Short-form for IG Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Long-form YouTube content (talking head, tutorials, case studies)
• Ad creative for paid Meta and YouTube campaigns

You’re a fit if you:

• Have a reel that actually makes us stop scrolling
• Know your way around Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (After Effects a bonus)
• Understand pacing, sound design and colour grading at a high level
• Can match a brand’s tone, not just apply the same template to everything
• Hit deadlines without being chased

Bonus points for:

• Experience editing for ecommerce or DTC brands
• Motion graphics chops
• An eye for trends without copying them

The role: Remote, freelance or full-time (open to both). Ongoing work, not one-offs.
