Residential Remodeler/Skilled Handyman Full Time NEW

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour (Based on experience) (salary option available after trial period)

Job Description: We are a small, family-owned general contractor bringing our remodeling/hardscape/landscape work in-house. We are looking for a versatile tradesman who can handle a project from start to finish without needing to be held by the hand. We do everything from deck framing and railing repairs to interior kitchen and bath updates. If you have the experience to handle things independently, we have consistent work for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carpentry: Framing, decking, fencing, and interior trim.
• Remodeling: Drywall patches, basic tiling, and kitchen/bath updates.
• Handyman Tasks: Doors, windows, caulking, and general home repairs.
• Support: Helping with hardscape or landscape installs when a project requires a “builder’s eye.”
• Cleanliness: Maintaining a professional, clean job site in occupied residential homes/commercial properties.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in carpentry, remodeling, or professional handyman work.
• Tools: We provide everything, and having your own tools shows you have been here before.
• Independence: Ability to look at a job, figure out the solution, and execute.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and a reliable truck/van for work.
• Physically Fit: Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors when needed.
