Front Desk Sales Coordinator Full Time

MAC Day Spa & Hair Studio / MediQuick Weight Loss is seeking a polished, outgoing, and motivated Front Desk Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who loves beauty, wellness, fashion, customer service, and sales. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help create a welcoming, professional, and elevated experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Position Overview

Our Front Desk Sales Coordinator plays a key role in building relationships with our spa, salon, and MedSpa guests. This position requires someone who is friendly, confident, detail-oriented, and excited to learn about services, products, memberships, and promotions.

The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, well-presented, and comfortable speaking with guests, answering questions, recommending services, and supporting a busy front desk team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Arrive for each shift polished, professional, and ready to represent a high-end spa and salon environment

• Welcome all guests warmly and professionally according to company service standards

• Answer phones promptly and courteously

• Assist guests with scheduling, service questions, pricing, promotions, and membership information

• Learn and confidently explain spa, salon, MedSpa, and weight loss services

• Actively promote memberships, packages, retail products, and current specials

• Support sales goals, including memberships, package offerings, retail sales, and guest rebooking

• Help maximize bookings by assisting with appointment scheduling and guest follow-up

• Maintain a clean, organized, and luxury front desk environment

• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced setting

• Communicate clearly with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly

• Pay close attention to detail when entering guest information, scheduling appointments, and handling transactions

• Remain reliable, punctual, positive, and team-focused

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Desire to learn about spa, salon, and MedSpa services

• Ability to work flexible part-time hours

• Saturday availability required

• Reliable transportation

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
