Conduct market research on international logistics, freight

forwarding, and global trade markets to identify business trends,
customer demand, and growth opportunities;

Analyze international market data, trade flows, pricing trends,

customer behavior, and competitor activities to support strategic
marketing and international business development initiatives;

Prepare market analysis reports, forecasts, and presentations

summarizing findings and strategic recommendations for management;

Support international dealer and partner recruitment by researching

potential agents and distributors, evaluating market potential, and
assessing strategic fit based on data and performance indicators;

Analyze existing international dealer and corporate client

relationships by analyzing performance metrics, service utilization
data, and market feedback, and provide recommendations for
improvement or continuation;

Provide marketing strategy support by assisting in the development

and implementation of international marketing plans, customer
segmentation strategies, and service positioning based on market
research findings;

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure marketing strategies

align with market conditions, customer needs, and operational
capabilities;

Analyze corporate client data to identify opportunities for customer

retention, service optimization, and expansion of international
logistics services;

Monitor customer satisfaction trends and international market

feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve overall service
competitiveness; and

Track and report on international market performance indicators and

emerging trade developments affecting business.
