We are looking for a caring, professional Massage Therapist who loves helping people feel better, move better, and reconnect with themselves. The right person is dependable, warm, client-focused, and excited to grow with a wellness-centered salon.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage services in a clean, relaxing environment.
• Customize sessions based on client needs.
• Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and rebooking recommendations.
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professionalism.
• Work with the salon and spa team to create an exceptional client experience.
• Support promotions, events, and wellness offerings.

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin Massage Therapy License.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Passion for wellness and helping others.
• Willingness to build and retain a clientele.
• Experience preferred, but the right personality and mindset matter most.
