Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Registered Nurse for the ADON position. Requires a strong understanding of best practices in nursing home care, exceptional knowledge of infection control practices, and inservice training requirements. Ability to work with the DON in leading our nursing team of compassionate caregivers.

Summary
As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will be a pivotal leader in overseeing nursing operations, with a focus on home care, nursing home experience, and home & community care. Utilizing your core skills in management, nursing administration, and EMR systems, you will supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations, and optimize patient care delivery. Your premium skills in long term, and post acute care will be instrumental in providing high-quality care to residents.
