Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $65,000–$75,000 annually
Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting activities with a strong focus on accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role supports accurate, audit-ready financial operations in a fast-paced environment. Construction related experience, preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Process high-volume accounts payable and execute check/ACH payments
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain vendor records and supporting documentation
Support accounts receivable and month-end close activities
Ensure accurate general ledger entries and job/project cost coding
Prepare basic financial reports (A/P, A/R, cash summaries)
Qualifications
3–5+ years of bookkeeping experience (strong A/P required)
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Excel
High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
