What You’ll Do
As an Injury Prevention Consultant, you will partner directly with employees and leadership teams to reduce injury risk and improve workplace safety.
- Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions on safe movement and musculoskeletal best practices
- Collaborate with employees, supervisors, and managers to identify injury risks and practical prevention strategies
- Conduct preventative ergonomic and worksite evaluations
- Identify OSHA ergonomic risk factors and support corrective actions
- Provide non-medical OSHA First Aid support
- Contribute to continuous improvement of injury prevention programs and safety initiatives
- Use data and observations to support workplace recommendations and long-term program success
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in orthopedics, occupational health, and/or sports medicine
- Strong knowledge of biomechanics and musculoskeletal conditions
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong communication and education skills
Work Environment
- On-site at various workplace settings, including industrial, clinical, office, and distribution facilities
- Occasional local travel to partner facilities
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 lbs
- Comfortable working in environments with standard operational noise and equipment
