We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Engineer to join our construction team in Milwaukee, WI. This role is ideal for graduates with a degree in Construction Management who is eager to build a career in the construction industry.
The Project Engineer will support project managers and field teams with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
Help prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Participate in project meetings and document key takeaways
Support change order documentation and cost tracking
Assist with RFIs, submittals, and quality control processes
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required
Internship or co-op experience in construction is a plus, but not required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with project management software is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 – $33.65/hr.
