Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Vice President of Operations. The Regional Vice President of Operations will oversee regional operations, ensuring efficient business processes and optimal performance. Responsibilities include managing profit and loss (P&L), developing strategic plans, improving customer service outcomes, overseeing large-scale projects, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives. The individual will play a key role in decision-making and driving the overall growth and success of the region.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to drive efficiency and profitability
• Proven experience in Customer Service improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction
• Strong capabilities in Strategic Planning and implementing long-term business plans
• Proficiency in Project Management and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve objectives
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to a remote working environment and manage distributed teams effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Previous senior leadership experience in operations or a related role
