Join our Raymond Team as an Industrial Painter.
The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Industrial Painter who brings positivity and industrial paint expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll provide top notch painting while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing:
Receive parts and/or final product for completion of industrial paint processes.
Prepare parts/products for painting and then apply final paint through hand spray technique or powder coat technique according to specific guidelines.
Use of various hand and power tools and some manual handling of materials. (Tools may include, but are not necessarily limited to, paint guns, grinders, sanders, wire cutters, air wrenches, screwdrivers and/or hand drills.)
Inspect own work, work area, and adjusts as necessary. Ensures final product meets all color and finish requirements.
You’ll be the go-to paint expert.
Collaborate with team members, team leaders, and other departments.
Complete final finish processes for our world class forklifts.
What We’re Looking For:
A high school diploma or GED
Three or more months of experience in with industrial paint systems (Liquid and/or Powder)
What Sets You Apart:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Where and When You’ll Work:
This is an in-person role located at our Greene, NY manufacturing plant—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
This position is 1st shift and works 5:00am – 1:30pm; overtime hours scheduled based on business needs which may include working on Saturday.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Wage – $22.50 per hour.
