2. About the Opportunity:
The Associate Project Manager will support senior Project Managers in coordinating and advancing projects from concept to implementation. This entry-level, remote role is essential to maintaining workflow, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring collaboration across internal teams. The position contributes by enabling efficient project execution, supporting client and regulatory review processes, and maintaining project documentation and financial tracking.
3. Responsibilities:
• Facilitate project progress through routing work for review and managing submissions for client and medical/legal approval
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and processes across projects
• Collaborate with creative, technology, strategy, account, and behavioral services teams throughout project lifecycles
• Gain proficiency in multiple submission platforms and prepare assets for submission
• Maintain electronic job folders and route projects for review and sign-off using agency platforms
• Manage project records including opening, closing, updating tasks, and uploading files
• Generate weekly project financial reports
• Schedule and prepare materials for team meetings
• Assist Senior Project Managers and the project management team
4. Requirements:
• Detail and process-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organizational, prioritization, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using technology and ability to follow instructions promptly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Positive collaboration skills and a commitment to the organization’s mission
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Compensation: $55,000—$65,000 USD
