Workday Extend Architect Full Time NEW

We re working with a globally recognised healthcare and research organization that has recently completed a major Workday deployment. They re now looking to hire a Workday Extend Architect on a full time, permanent basis to take ownership of the platform and drive forward innovative, scalable solutions across the business.

This is a mission-driven organization where your work will directly contribute to life-changing research, including efforts to find cures for diseases such as cancer.

In this role you will focus on creating scalable, enterprise-grade applications that enhance core business processes. This is a highly visible role where you ll combine hands-on Extend development with architectural ownership – designing and delivering applications, defining standards, and shaping how Extend is leveraged securely and effectively across the organization.

This role is 100% remote, open to candidates based anywhere in the US, operating on EST working hours.

Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend (Apps, Orchestrations, UI frameworks)
Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise-scale Extend solutions
Solid understanding of Workday security model, business process framework, and integrations
Experience defining governance, standards, and best practices
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence technical direction
