We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Director to join our North American sales organization.
Position Summary
The Business Development Director plays a critical role in driving KORE’s growth strategy by acquiring new customers, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence within key markets. This role is best suited for a driven, consultative sales professional with a strong background in IoT, telecommunications, or connectivity services—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and brings a true “hunter” mentality to enterprise sales.

Relationship Builder: Skilled at developing and maintaining long-term partnerships that deliver mutual business success.
Business Case Developer: Strong ability to build compelling business cases and communicate value effectively to executive stakeholders.
Sales Qualification Expertise: Knowledge of advanced sales frameworks such as MEDDIC or Challenger to optimize deal progression.
Market & Industry Insight: In-depth understanding of IoT market trends, customer challenges, and industry opportunities.
Technology & Industry Knowledge: Excellent grasp of IoT connectivity, wireless communication technologies, and the broader Internet of Things ecosystem.
Effective Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
