Description: The Customer Service Representative-Patient Relations is responsible for monitoring all incoming employees, contractors, and guests entering JPS Health Network facilities. The Customer Service Representative-Patient Relations will be expected to perform specific duties that support patient care and a welcoming environment.

Typical Duties

• Greets all employees and visitors prior to allowing entry to JPS Health Network facilities.
• Monitors incoming staff members, contractors, vendors, guests, patients, etc. and allows entrance into JPS Health Network facility according to established guidelines.
• Maintains neat and orderly work environment.
• Demonstrates efficient and accurate telephone skills.
• Demonstrates customer service behaviors in day to day activities.
• Maintains inventory levels and provides masks at facility entrances (if needed).
• May be required to travel to various locations.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Degree, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year customer service experience.
