MidTex Masonry is looking for an experienced masonry foreman who has a dependable crew and knows how to lead commercial masonry work in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a crew of masons and laborers
• Help keep the job moving safely and efficiently
• Read plans and understand the scope of work
• Coordinate daily work with the superintendent and project manager
• Communicate material needs, schedule issues, and field problems early
• Maintain quality masonry work
• Help manage labor, equipment, and materials on the job
• Represent MidTex Masonry professionally with general contractors and other trades
• Take care of your crew and help them succeed

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced masonry foreman
• Must have a reliable crew
• Commercial masonry experience preferred
• Ability to read plans and lead daily work
• Strong knowledge of brick, block, stone, cast stone, flashing, grout, reinforcing, and layout
• Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to communicate
• Someone who wants a long-term home, not just another job
