Location: Mid-Cities / DFW (Watauga, TX area)

Company: Monty’s Handyman Services – Mid-Cities

Compensation: $55k to $65k base + Commission & Performance Bonuses

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

You’ll operate as both a skilled technician and trusted advisor to customers.

Day-to-day includes:

• Perform high-quality handyman work (drywall, trim, doors, fixtures, light remodels)
• Walk jobs with customers and help scope/estimate work
• Identify add-on opportunities (this is where bonuses come in)
• Occasionally manage subcontractors on larger jobs
• Deliver a “white-glove” customer experience on every visit
• Support recurring maintenance clients (membership program)
• Represent the Monty’s brand professionally in the field

What We’re Looking For

You’re not just “good with tools”—you’re someone customers trust.

You likely have:

• 3+ years in handyman, remodeling, or construction
• Strong problem-solving skills across multiple trades
• Confidence talking to customers and explaining work
• Pride in clean, professional results
• Reliable, self-directed work ethic

You are:

• Customer-first and personable
• Organized and dependable
• Growth-minded and coachable
• Comfortable using apps for scheduling/estimates

Requirements

• Portfolio of work completed
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
• Legal to work in the U.S.
