What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Resolve inbound service calls regarding routine questions and problems related to the processing of loss drafts
• Accurately document call activity and input information into the Loss Draft Tracking system
• Set up processing tasks such as property inspections and disbursement requests
• Utilize de-escalation skills to manage upset callers and refer unresolved issues to appropriate team members
• Perform other duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or GED equivalency required
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in high-level data entry, inbound/outbound calls, or related call center experience
• Basic understanding of insurance claims processing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Mortgage insurance experience preferred
• Familiarity with general office machines
• Willingness to attend an initial on-the-job training session
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-pressure phone queue environment
• Experience with Microsoft Suites such as Excel and Word
