Paid Media Account Manager Full Time

We are seeking a proactive, digitally-savvy Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for our creator and affiliate clients. You will manage the lifecycle of the client relationship, ensuring that their creative vision is translated into high-performing ads. This is a hands-on role that combines relationship management with digital marketing execution.

The Role

The Account Manager will act as the essential bridge between our clients and our technical team. Reporting to the Paid Media Director, you will manage all communications, project-manage the launch of new campaigns, and perform light technical setup to ensure our Paid Media Strategists can focus on optimization.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the day-to-day contact for all clients, managing expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Marketing Execution: Create tracking deep links and assist in the creation of mobile-first landing pages to ensure a seamless user journey.
• Creative Support: Perform light graphic design in Canva to create or adjust ad assets provided by clients.
• Growth Identification: Proactively scan client content to identify high-potential posts or campaigns that should be scaled via paid media.
• Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and lead monthly touchpoints and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review performance and set future strategy.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Relay client feedback and requests to the Strategists and Data Analyst to ensure the team is aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or related field
• 4+ years in account management or digital marketing, with a working knowledge of how social ads and affiliate links function.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain performance metrics clearly.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail.
• A baseline understanding of paid ads to help clients identify growth opportunities.
• Experience using Canva for graphic design and experience building or managing mobile-first landing pages is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM software
