WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

You will create opportunity and build trust with homeowners in storm-impacted areas. This is sales role where you will:

• Engage with homeowners daily to identify roofing damage and service needs
• Conduct roof inspections and document findings
• Present clear, value-driven solutions and guide clients through insurance claims
• Train weekly with mentors who push you to sharpen your mindset and close at a higher level

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

First 30-60 Days: $5,000-$8,000 per month
Consistent Producers: $8,000-$15,000 per month
Top Performers: $15,000-$25,000+ per month
Sales Leaders: $200,000-$350,000+ annually
