Seeking patient staff to work with DD Adults; 48 hrs/wk with one night shift with sleep time! Full Time NEW

We are looking for staff to work with our clients who have Developmental Disabilities in their own homes and in the community!

This job has a lot of variety to avoid boredom. Some activities you may do for work are watching movies, going bowling, creating a menu, shopping, attending community events, watching or playing sports, working on home skills, visiting family members, cleaning and cooking, and even playing games.

Our clients are looking for a nurturing employee to assist in their daily needs. They love people who sing with them, watch movies with them, take them on walks, and simply be kind! They also require someone who is comfortable with self-help tasks such as toileting, showering, eating, and dressing.

During the night hours (7pm-7am) you will be able to sleep. Details will be discussed during training; staff normally average 7 hours of sleep each night.

The current schedule option:

• 48 hrs/wk Tue, Wed, Sat 7am-7pm and Sat 7pm-7am ; $3,344-$3,451/month average gross DOE
• We pay hourly with OT after 40

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current vehicle insurance
• First Aid and CPR – we can certify you
• AWM (not required for all programs)- we can certify you
• 18+ yrs old

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,344.00 – $3,451.00 per month
